This EP ("The Northern Stones" in English) is a doom metal poem about the memories of great ancient times which still live in the giant stones that stand still through centuries. If you listen to one of these stones, you will be able to hear the sounds of the past. And if you listen to this track till the end, who knows, may be you will manage to get back in time... a time where no wars have yet occurred and where people lived their normal northern lives.

Just like before,
A hundred of centuries ago
The northern stones
Stand here.
Secret witnesses
Of the permafrost.
Silent keepers
Of the emptiness complete.
Put your ear
To the ice-cold surface
Let the memories of those places

CRYOLEGEND №2

One of the chapters in the 9 Northern Books tell us about the Northern Stones. These are not the ordinary stones. Just a chosen few can hear sounds from them, should they just put their ears to the surface (only if they could maintain their head against the cold stone and not get frozen into it). The legend says that these stones still keep the glorious past within them and it reveals in sounds of old battles, life of the ancients, voices of the people that are long since dead.
One of these places of power is a Vottovaara Mountain, situated in Karelia. It has so many megaliths which can tell their stories to the ones who are able to hear them. However, its not too easy to get there, so if you consider yourself a chosen one, you shall overcome all the obstacles on your way. Set up your heart, mind and soul, be pure in all that you are. And thou shalt hear…
